Step #2: Pre-Approval
Submit an application with a lender who will issue a pre-approval letter. A pre-approval letter is the map to the entire process. It tells us the pre approval amount and loan type.
Step #3: Showings and Offers
This is the fun part! Touring houses! I will send you daily emails with new listings. If you see something you like let me know and we will go see it together! I can show you any house no matter who's name is on the sign!
Step #4: Prepare for Closing
Once an offer is recieved I will help you navigate inspections, appraisals, and prepare for settlement. You will set up your utilities and be ready to take the keys the day of settlement!
Step #1: Visit You
Consultation to get to know each other and assess listing goals. Briefly tour your home to help get a feel for the property and establish a list price.
Step #2: Make a Plan
Listing Photos and marketing of your property. I will establish a marketing plan to gain you the most exposure for your home.
Step #3: Showings and Offers
Help you prepare for showings, open houses, and offers. Review the details of any offers recieved.
Step #4: Prepare for Closing
Once an offer is recieved I will help you navigate inspections, appraisals, and prepare for settlement.
