I'm Morgan Beck, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. When my husband and I set out to buy our first home, we faced numerous challenges. From dealing with a part-time agent who wasn't readily available to a seller breaking the contract and altering the original deal, we felt frustrated and doubted if homeownership was within our reach.

Determined to advocate for ourselves, I started studying real estate contracts. With the guidance of an experienced full-time agent, we eventually achieved our dream of owning a home. After purchasing our first home, I sought a career change and entered the real estate world, initially handling paperwork and administrative tasks. This quickly evolved into assisting clients, leading me to where I am today—an independent agent with Coldwell Banker Realty.

My primary service locations in Pennsylvania include Franklin County, Adams County, Fulton County, and Cumberland County. In Maryland, I serve Washington County.

As an avid dog lover, my logo features a golden retriever. Golden retrievers are known for their kindness, loyalty, friendliness, happiness, and compassion—all qualities I strive to provide to my clients. Many golden retrievers even become guide dogs. I am active member with the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance (CVBA), Vice chairman for the town of Marion, and committee member serving on various boards.
